Update on the Code of Conduct Breaches

 

 

In the game Willow Cuts v Rangers on May 27, Toronto Darrell was found guilty of breaching article 2.4.1 Threat of assault on an Umpire (Level 4). He was banned from all cricket for 1 year and will be eligible to play on June 6, 2013.

 

In the game Stars v Flatts on May 6, Rahji Edness was found guilty of breaching article 2.2.8 Using language or gesture(s) that is seriously obscene, seriously offensive or of a seriously insulting nature (Level 2). Mr. Edness has been banned for two 50 over games from June 7, 2012.

 

In the game Stars v Flatts on May 6, Kevin Hurdle was found guilty of breaching article 2.4.2 Physical assault of another player (Level 4) and article 2.2.1 Showing serious dissent at an Umpires decision (Level 2). Mr. Hurdle was banned for one year (for article 2.4.2) and two 50 over games (for article 2.2.1). He will be eligible to play cricket again on 18 June 2013.

 

In the game Stars v Flatts on May 6, Andre Manders was found guilty of breaching article 2.1.8 Conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game (Level 1) and has been issued on official reprimand.

 

In the game Stars v Flatts on May 6, Tre Manders was found guilty of breaching article 2.1.4 Using language or a gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting (Level 1) and has been issued an official reprimand.
