BCB National Academy Coaches

After a comprehensive interview process the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) is pleased to announce the following BCB National Academy coaches to lead the Under 11s, Under 13s, Under 15s and Under 17s boys age groups as well as the National Women's team and the Under 16 Girls.

David Moore, National Coach, stated,

"All the coaches went through a comprehensive interview process and I am confident that we have selected well qualified, committed and enthusiastic people to run the programmes. The aim of the National Academy is to develop player pathways from the U11 level through to the seniors providing players with consistent high quality coaching. The Board will provide the BCBNA coaches with the opportunities to develop knowledge, skills and understanding so that they may stay abreast of contemporary cricket coaching practice. The coaches have an obligation to the Board and the players in the programs to continue to develop their cricket knowledge, coaching acumen, personal skills and have the wherewithal to develop and implement both team and individual coaching programs. I have confidence in the coaches selected and I look forward to working closely with them to take Bermuda Cricket forward."
