Bank of Bermuda Foundation 14&Under League

The Bank of Bermuda Foundation 14&Under (14&U) Youth League provides a valuable community program that helps to keep young boys and girls involved in a sport they love and on the right path to a successful future. The 14&U league reinforces and expands the young player’s basic knowledge, skills and understanding of cricket.  The player also learns to how to train efficiently and effectively which exposes them to basic technical and tactical skills as well as ancillary capacities including warm-up, cool-downs, stretching, hydration, nutrition, mental preparation and recovery.

The BCB is extremely proud of the way in which the leagues have developed since its inception. The BCB have offered a variety of coaching courses and resources to assist the many volunteers with coaching. Not only have the numbers increased but the quality of players have improved, many of which feed into our national programs which have been the foundation of our development program. Many of our senior team players played in our Youth Leagues including Greg Maybury, Joshua Gilbert, Terryn Fray, Tre Manders, Kamau Leverock and Delray Rawlins.

The BCB would like to thank the Bank of Bermuda Foundation for their continued support of this valuable program which helps young Bermudians find the right path for a successful future.
