• The minutes of the last AGM, December 10, 2013 were approved.

 

• The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2013 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.

 

• KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ended 31 December, 2014

 

• The following people were elected to hold office until the AGM of 2017
