For six Associate and Affiliate sides, the latest step on the road to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 in Australia and New Zealand is about to commence in Bermuda.

The BCB is pleased to announce the following warm-up matches for the ICC World Cricket League Div 3 scheduled to take place next week. The BCB can confirm that the players listed below have been selected to compete in the Bermuda Select XI Team.

Four of Bermuda's umpires will make cricket history at the ICC World Cricket League Division 3 tournament starting on Sunday 28 April. Roger Dill, Stephen Douglas, Richard Austin and Kent Gibbons have been selected to officiate at the event, which is the first time in seven years, over 19 different tournaments, that four umpires from the same country have stood together at one tournament.

The Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) is pleased to confirm that Kamau Leverock has been awarded a National Junior Athlete Sponsorship Scholarship. The BCB has secured a 5 month placement for Kamau at Horsham Cricket Club which is in the Sussex Premier League.

The BCB is pleased to announce the Bermuda team selected to compete in the ICC WCL Division 3, April 28 May 5, 2013.

The Melbourne Cricket Club (Kingston, Jamaica) Tour starts on Thursday 11 April, 6.30pm when they play the Jamaican Cricket Association (Bermuda). On Saturday 13, Sunday 14 and Tuesday 16 April, the MCC team will play the Bermuda National Team. All games are to be held at Somerset Cricket Club. The BCB National Academy U19 Squad has completed a four-day clinic run by National Coach, David Moore, and supported by the XL Foundation and the Bank of Bermuda Foundation. National Coach, David Moore, elaborated on the training program,

The BCB are pleased to announce the following squad has been selected to play Trinity College School (TCS), a visiting team from Canada. Bermuda is playing Trinity College in two 30 over games. The Bermuda team has been selected from the U13, U15 and U17 National Academy.

The Bermuda Cricket Board is extremely pleased to confirm that this year the Tokio Millennium Re Pee Wee Cricket was a great success. Over 135 children registered to play over the five week program. Tokio Millennium Re share the BCBs strong focus of bettering the lives of Bermudas youth through sports in a safe and fun environment. Their support allows the BCB to provide this program for FREE making it accessible to all.

The BCB is pleased to release the approved 2013 Transfers in accordance with the BCB Transfer Policy.

The BCB recently met with the clubs coaches, captains and officials to explain the enhanced transfer and loan policy for players, recently ratified by the BCB Executive. The initial transfer deadline of March 31 for regular transfers remains (please note the deadline is March 28, 2013 due to the Easter holiday weekend).

The BCB confirms that Delray Rawlins has joined the squad to participate in the 50 over matches against USA this week.

The BCB is pleased to confirm that last night ICC Americas have awarded Janeiro Tucker with MVP for the tournament. Janeiro finished second in both the batting and bowling and took seven catches (two more than any other player). Malachi Jones was awarded Best Bowler of the Tournament for taking thirteen wickets along with Janeiro Tucker and Sauid Drepaul from Suriname. It was Malachi's superior bowling average that clinched him the award.
