BCB OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

Hamilton, Bermuda, March 1, 2006: The BCB is proud to officially unveil their new website for the 2006 Cricket Season.

The League has partnered with CricketStar.Net, a web-based League Administration, Results and Statistical Management system that will provide new functionality including:

	League schedule
	League points table
	Team summary
	Online player registration
	Online update of club information (mailing address changes, etc.)
	Instant publishing of player statistics and other documents to your Web site
	Track player movements
	Active vs. non-active players
	Mailing list for clubs and/or players

The aim is to provide Bermudian cricketers and supporters at the national and local level ?with information beyond the cricket boundaries".

There will be an informational meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Bermuda College for club representatives to learn more about the new system.

Through this website, the BCB and it member clubs now have the ability to easily record their entire history creating a wealth of statistical data on player?s career performances including partnership records, batting and bowling performances. CricketStar.Net enables associations to generate schedules and league standings with just a few mouse clicks and in just a few seconds. CricketStar.Net also includes a unique search function to easily find results for any participating club, team or player.
