In regards to the withdrawal of Young Men's Social Club from the Premier Division the Executive Committee have decided the following:
- 13 points to be awarded to all remaining teams in the Premier Division that have not played YMSC
- That there be a Loan Pool of all remaining YMSC players with the following stipulations:
- Players remain officially registered with YMSC.
- Any club requiring a player from the pool must negotiate with the player. The player and an official of the club must sign a form with the BCB that they are registered until the end of the season. Deadline for players in the pool to be registered with another club is July 15, 2011.
