World Cricket League Division 3 Trophy

The BCB is pleased to announce the ICC WCL Division 3 Schedule and reveal the Trophy for the upcoming competition April 28 May 5, 2013.

Lloyd Fray, President of the BCB stated,

"In the last four years, this is probably the most important tournament for our side as the top two countries will maintain their ability to secure ODI status, win a spot in the ICC High Performance Program and the ultimate prize, a place in the ICC Cricket World Cup, 2015. I am very pleased with the progress of the squad to date. The Executive have approved a significant investment in the preparation plan which has already reaped initial dividends in the form of qualification to the global T20 qualifier in Dubai later this year. Bermuda will be playing at all three venues over the course of the competition and I urge all of the public to come out and support our team!"

Bermuda will host the ICC World Cricket League Division 3 from April 28 to May 5. Teams involved include; Oman, Italy, Nepal, USA, Bermuda and Uganda. Matches will be held at the National Sports Center, St. Davids Cricket Club and Somerset Cricket Club.
