U19 World Cup Player Update

The BCB can today confirm that due to a left scaphoid fracture (broken wrist) incurred at training last week, Lamar Richardson is unable to compete in the U19 World Cup. The Board has applied to the event's Technical Committee for permission to replace him with another squad member. As soon as permission is received the BCB will announce the replacement player. The squad is due to leave Bermuda on Wednesday, 30 January to attend the World Cricket Academy in Mumbai, India en route to Malaysia for the World Cup Tournament.
