The BCB is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Winston "Coe" Trott to the Selection Committee. Mr. Trott is a former National Team player, Cup Match player, Devonshire Recreation player and well-known sportsman.

 

The BCB is also pleased to announce that Mr. Lionel Thomas has accepted the position of Chairman of the Selection Committee. Due to his appointment as Cricket Development Director, Mr. Arnold Manders has stepped down as Chairman. Mr. Thomas has represented the Leeward Islands in the Shell Shield Tournament, is a former National Bermuda Team Player, Cup Match player and Devonshire Recreation player.

 

The Selection Committee members are as follows: Mr. Lionel Thomas (Chairman), Gus Logie (National Coach), Mr. Albert Steede and Mr. Winston Trott.

 

President of the BCB, Mr. Pearman stated: "I would like to welcome Mr. Trott to the Committee and congratulate Mr. Thomas on his appointment of Chairman. Mr. Trott comes to the position with a wealth of experience and I am confident he will do an excellent job. Mr. Thomas has served on the committee since 2001 and I am pleased he has accepted this new responsibility."
