Mr. Charles Richardson of Cleveland County CC, Ms. Charlotte Simons of Somerset CC and Mr. Mark Trott of Somerset CC were nominated for the position of Secretary. Mr. Trott declined his nomination.

 

The Full Board met at Warwick Workman's Club on Tuesday 20 November, 2007 and

Ms. Charlotte Simons was voted Secretary. Ms. Simons will hold this office until the AGM of 2009. This left a position of Club Representative vacant. Mr. Randy Raynor of Southampton Rangers was nominated and elected unopposed.  He will assume the Club Representative duties for Somerset CC, Willow Cuts, Southampton Rangers, Somerset Bridge and Warwick Workman's Club. Club Representatives serve a one year term.

 

President, Mr. Reginald Pearman stated:
