National Team Coaching Positions
As part of the process to streamline the BCB's National Youth Programs the BCB is providing the opportunity for all appropriately qualified and experienced coaches to apply to coach at the elite level. The aim of the National Program is to develop player pathways from the U13 level through to the seniors providing players with consistent high quality coaching. The strength of the international program is dependant on the quality of the players and the quality of the coaching that they receive.
National Head Coach, David Moore stated,
"Those cricketing nations that perform consistently at the top level have well qualified, committed and enthusiastic coaches that not only instill the skills and understanding of cricket but also a life long passion for the game. The BCB believes firmly that each coach at each age level not only educates our players as cricketers but also act as role models in encouraging our players to be better citizens. As part of my role to oversee the National Program I would like to encourage all suitably qualified coaches to apply for the opportunity to work with some of the best players on the island and to have the opportunity to develop their coaching to the highest level."
