National Academy Squad Trials Girls U16 and Women's Team Boys U11, U13 and U15
The BCB is calling all players to try out for the BCB National Academy Squads. There will be full and open trials for all (junior elite) Academy Squads.
The trials include the following age groups:
Under 11 (born on or after September 1, 1999)
PLAYERS MUST CALL THE BCB TO REGISTER TO TRY-OUT on 292 8958.
Please note that the girls and women's programme starts from scratch and players are not required to have previous cricketing experience - although a benefit!

The BCB National Academy is run under the directorship of the National Coach, David Moore. The Academy's focus is to coach players in batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping and to develop and improve technical proficiency, tactical awareness, cognitive understanding, physical development and a psychological grounding in each athlete. The teams will train regularly under the guidance of qualified cricket coaches and will compete locally and/or overseas.
It is the BCB's overall aim to promote healthy lifestyles for all our young players and to provide a safe environment for them to compete at the highest level and to have fun.
Please bring your own water and equipment (if you have any) and wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes and note to park at the main building and to walk down the side steps beside the gymnasium to access the nets.
