Jordan Smith Update

Jordan Smith who plays cricket for Bromsgrove School under 14A team played against Werckin College on Saturday, April 27th. Captain James Kinder of Bromsgrove School under 14A team won the toss and elected to bat.

 

Bromsgrove opened the batting with Jordan Smith batting at number 1 and Captain James Kinder batting at number 2. Bromsgrove ended up with a score of 225 for 6 in their allotted 35 overs. Werkin College ended up scoring 100 for 9 in the allotted 35 overs.

 

Jordan Smith was the top scorer, scoring his first 100 not out. James Kinder was the pick of bowling for Bromsgrove School his figures were 6-0-16-3.

 

Jordan was selected to play with Bromsgrove School 1stXL team on Sunday, April 28 in a 20/20 match. After displaying a superb performance Saturday with the under 14'A team. Jordan didn't get to bat but had bowling figures 1-0-3-1.

 

Bromsgrove 1 XI scored 153 for 5 in their 20 overs. Wycliff School were all bowled out for 80 in 19 overs.
