ICC Intercontinental Shield 2009

The Bermuda Cricket Board can confirm that Bermuda is hosting Uganda in the ICC Intercontinental Shield. The 4 day match is scheduled to start on Monday 17 August and finish on Thursday 20 August. In addition to the Shield match, two 50 Over games will be played on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23with a Twenty20 match scheduled for Monday night. All the games are due to be played at the National Sports Centre North Field.

Reginald Pearman, BCB President stated, "I am pleased to welcome the Uganda team to Bermuda in our 400^th year. It should be an interesting series of games and it is great that our squad has the opportunity to compete in the new Intercontinental Cup format."
