The CAP module on Governance provides an introduction to the politics, structures and processes that contribute to the effective governance of a sporting body.
Participants completing this course will be able:
1. to understand governance systems and how to use them in either a club and national body context;
Other modules include: 'Financial Management', 'Effective Meetings' and how to deliver 'Community Cricket'.
BCB President, Lloyd Fray stated, "The Board administered the ICC Cricket Administration Program Presenter and Assessor modules and qualified ten local candidates to teach the program. This initiative has been extremely successful ensuring that we have locally skilled people able to provide the right educational support to our administrators and volunteers in clubs and cricket community. These courses offer an excellent opportunity for clubs to strengthen their organization and structure and I encourage all clubs to promote them to their members."
