AGM 2010

The BCB is pleased to announce that the following decisions were made at the BCB 2010 Annual General Meeting:

- The meeting received a report from the President and from the National Coach.

- The members unanimously approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009.

- The Auditor General was reappointed for the 2010 calendar year.

- A resolution was passed making minor amendments to the Constitution.

- Mr. Gershon Gibbons assumed the position of Treasurer, which has been vacant since August 2009. The current term for this position expires at the AGM in 2011.

- Mr. James Pace, Mr. Derek Wright and Mr. Calvin Waldron were elected as Club Representatives.

Mr. Reginald Pearman stated, "I would like to take this time to welcome both Gershon and Derek to the Executive Committee and congratulate James and Calvin for being re-elected. I am confident that the Executive will continue to build upon the progress we have made to date and look forward to working together in fulfilling our vision to "Improve Lives through Cricket."
