Allan Douglas Jr - Disciplinary Hearing

Allan Douglas Jr. of Cleveland CCC was charged with 2 breaches of the code of conduct during the June 21, 2009 game between Southampton Rangers and Cleveland CCC at Southampton Oval.

Mr. Douglas was reported to have:

Level 2 - dissent at umpire's decision (from not walking and disputing decision)
Level 2 - breach for use of profanity at an official

Mr. Douglas plead guilty to both charges at the Disciplinary Hearing on Thursday June 26, 2009; the committee found him guilty on both counts and levied a 2 match suspension, effectively immediately. The Committee noted that the match ban was reduced from a potential three (3) match ban due to the remorse that Mr. Douglas had shown to the umpires after the game.
